Terri has experience in the mortgage industry spanning over 35 years and encompassing various roles that include Mortgage Loan Consultant, Underwriter, Trainer and Loan Processor/Closer. Terri is a Direct Endorsed FHA, VA SAR certified underwriter with years of experience with all mortgage loan types.

 

Terri is native to the central valley. She and her husband of 37 years raised their family in Fresno/Clovis and now have the pleasure of being grandparents to three boys. Her passion lies in helping families achieve their dreams of owning homes whether it is their first purchase or an upgrade to accommodate family growth. She helps clients with making informed decisions while ensuring seamless transitions throughout every stage of the loan process.
